Bansuri, the Indian flute is one of the most ancient instruments with one of the most mesmerizing sounds around this universe. We have heard it almost everywhere, presenting ragas in great classical concerts, in countless film songs, Dance presentations & sometime just surprising us with a beautiful morning melody.
In an upcoming event, Satyajit Limaye, a resident Bansuri expert from the Pacific Northwest will be explaining to us many facets of this simply divine instrument. He will be accompanied by Ravi Albright, a versatile tabla player from Seattle. Needless to say, the discussion will be followed by a delightful evening concert by both Satyajit and Ravi.
